1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included
Note: We do not accept returns for items based on change of mind or personal preference.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the item and the issue (damage/defect/incorrect item)
- Our team will respond within 3 business days with approval and return instructions.
- You must return the product to the address provided in the return approval email.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only offered in the following cases:
- The returned item meets all eligibility criteria
- The issue was due to our error (defective or incorrect item)
Refund processing time: Within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or washed products
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items returned after the 3-day return window
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If not, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original as per the steps above and place a new order.
